Hey Maths people.
One of my Ukrainian students wrote this answer for roots of a graph. I know comma format is OK for decimals, but I immediately saw these as co-ordinates without brackets. Should I have a conversation with them about using points not commas where graphs are involved?

The sign up was such a shenanigans. It suggested loads of other subscriptions at the same time as confirming payment - so I panicked and then it just got worse from there. I’m subscribed now. Book please? It’s for my just-turned-18yo who’s into politics and 17th century witchhunts.

Put on the pasta. Fry some onion and pepper for 5 mins (don’t caramelise). Add fennel, chilli flakes and garlic paste 2 mins then add chopped up smoked salmon and spinach and stir till wilted. A bit of cream helps. Finish with Parmesan and black pepper. It’s also great without the salmon.
