No, I entirely understand the point. The Exoplanet Imaging Group and Twitter/Bluesky are not mutually exclusive. As Matt described, the former preceded the latter but is still much more open than a pvt Discord server: yet we didn't even have coverage there.

I like our Exoplanet Imaging FB group.

I would have done talk updates there at least for the latter half of the conference but had to deal with giant bout of crazy thrown at me/my postdoc and couldn't get to it.

Maybe we can start a thread on new SoL 6 results there?

The whole story is worth reading, but I want to highlight this plot of science agency staffing that we pulled together from historic and current data.

It shows that cuts to science staffing are almost uniformly steep across the board and unlike anything seen in the first Trump administration.
