yeah! so standard US "comic book size" which is usually used for those smaller page count traditional comic books - not graphic novels - is 6.625" x 10.25". if you like that size you'd shrink your page by 75% - and also account for losing 1.625" on the width side - if that makes sense

but definitely work in 300dpi and do a test page/print it out on cheap printer paper to get an idea of how it'd translate before you get too far into it

so idk about epub, but depending on where you print if you're going to print, it might not matter. those print-on-demand places only do specific sizes (search them up and check if you're considering that) but if you go through a traditional printer they'll work with whatever you've got.
