We use this word list in Woogles.io for puzzles with common English words, it’s pretty good. If you’re interested in contributing or chatting about word games join the Woogles discord (link in the right sidebar of Woogles)

You have to add words like NUN and INK manually? Just look up the ENABLE word list, it’s free and very similar to scrabble dictionaries from 20 years ago or so.

One of my side projects is an online scrabble app, which we started during the pandemic. One of my express purposes of it is as a sometimes replacement for in person tournaments and the massive amount of travel that entails. If we’ve gotten one person to not fly and play online, we’ve succeeded.
