It’s effective to remove tarnish on brass. Vinegar is too acidic alone. This is probably where the trend started and people started using it on other materials where vinegar or baking soda would be more effective alone.

i do not think it can be overstated at this point that we do not know who killed charlie kirk or why they did it.
