this might've precipitated it, in a thread where the artist Yeougui, rightfully upset, posted proof their getting ai labeled was a false positive and was stressed about it, one of the moderators asked if they would be liable for damages and were told they likely would be by some of lawyers on here

the ai labeler got deactivated

I just found out that a labeler that I used to label accounts that frequently post AI generated images and/or label accounts that have AI generated profile pictures and banners... has disappeared. Bluesky removed it. if subscribed to the labeler, it would show up under "Advanced" in settings.

Is it just me or is Backus-Naur Form way less common than it used to be in #programming documentation?

though part of the issue there is the diagetic implications from many of the games that the Federation are extractive or have their own aims and stuff so the interactions of the Luminoth with other sentient species would be unclear

like the game is full of nostalgia bait for people into the manga and previous games that if they ever remake it, they'd need to put in all sorts of shit from stuff like Prime II where the Federation had documented scientific interactions with a location
