I really don't get Spurs fans tbh. They've had some of the most narcissistic, win-at-all costs managers in Conte and Mourinho and won SFA. Poch got them closest and he's the most similar to Ange in the last decade and he needed 5 years to get them to a UCL final.

Respect to Amorim. Frustrated with a draw against Liverpool, but now he's even MORE disappointed in previous performances. Wouldn't say I'm a huge believer in this set of players but another reminder that they can be a lot better than the average they show. #MUFC #LIVMUN

I almost feel a bit bad for Ten Hag because on the overall evidence his signings have been some of our best (Ugarte, Maz) and most promising (Yoro) players. Probably was his best window as MUFC manager.

Yeah Ugarte and Mainoo in the middle a big upgrade on Eriksen and Casemeiro. Hojlund movement good but story of his season the service not been enough.

The recruitment process at United lacks any cohesiveness or structure. Transfers feel more like a pressure valve to make it look like club is doing something, rather than a concerted and targeted process of systematically addressing issues and improving the squad. #MUFC

Just finished reading How To Win The Premier League by Ian Graham and there was a lot in there about transfers and player selection. No club gets it right all the time but no one gets it as wrong as often as #MUFC. Zirkzee latest example. Embarrassing for the club and the player.

The only way you can have that many players in your defensive half behind the ball & allow the other team so much space is a criminal lack of effort to be honest. The players are not good enough technically, they're not fit enough and they don't look like they care enough. #MUFC

Just nothing about that goal is good enough defensively. The time on the ball to spray it out wide, the pedestrian nature of Mazraoui closing down the cross, the defensive effort in the middle. #MUFC

United created the best chance from open play, denied a stonewall penalty and effectively managed the considerable City threat. Amorim needed that especially after his selection. #MUFC
