You probably have to prove yourself/survive a trial period before you move up the pay chart. One of my sons worked for a company that contracted deliveries for Amazon (I forget the name) and he had to do 200 deliveries a day.

That seems very high. With Uber, typical hourly rate for me at least is closer to $14.

I thought about trying it but I don't think my car is big enough. They said you need at least a standard size car and mine's a compact, Honda Civic.

Amazon Flex is the contract driver program. They do the deliveries for Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh and something else.

I didn't think the drivers got tips on these kinds of deliveries. If I deliver for Walmart there's no tip.
