Oh wow. This hit me in a soft spot. “Draining to stretch your brain around every edge case”… that’s so real.
Do you ever feel like you don’t have permission to be wrong? Does that stop you sometimes?

This seems like a pretty good idea. So letting the LLM figure out everything underneath the UI, then you’ll go to iOS once it’s already solid on Mac?

I know full well who the person is in the photo, and that I've added the bio of a different person entirely. That's the joke. It's a gag about people having a similar name, which I can mix up in a comedic way. Also, I was dropped on the head as a baby. Several times.
Bob Ross (October 29, 1942 – July 4, 1995) was an American painter and art instructor who created and hosted The Joy of Painting, an instructional television program that aired from 1983 to 1994 on PBS in the United States and CBC in Canada.

I’m picturing a bagpipe over each corner of the vehicle, and let me tell you. The fancy suspension effects are NOT the thing that’s coming to mind…
Every car should have “Bagpipe Mode”. Just a massive drone blast every time you go over a pothole 🤣🤣🤣
I had been thinking of that nirvana as transitory… I’ve been waiting for this

I’m dying. Great post as usual, but the “ops as shadow self” bit absolutely floored me
I lowkey love that FastAPI is built on top of OpenAPI, so you get nice api docs for free

Now in Winter Boots Year 2, he’s graduated to “auto lifting of a paw when tapped”.
I think he sees at as a big waste of valuable sniffing time, but those little ice balls in the paws are awful.
I will always sing the praises of ca.canadapooch.com. We literally wore out a set of these suspender boots last year.
They’re about $80 at Early’s, and I think some other pet stores carry them.
Waffles is wearing size 5 there, and he’s about 65lbs.
A leashed golden doodle with an icy snout and wearing suspender boots stands in the middle of a wintry residential street.
I was full ski pants and parka, while waffles wears these stylish grandpa pants:
