Ribeye Steak and Lobster Tail. I made this for my mother and I for her Birthday π½οΈ the butter is infused with fresh garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper.

11.12.2024 18:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's a tex-mex dip, so it goes well with crackers or chips. I discovered it several years ago when looking for a new dip to make, and it's something I like making for parties here and there.

08.12.2024 16:11 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thanks to everyone who followed me! I normally post about my YouTube channel which is focused mostly on the Dragon Ball franchise, but cooking is my number one favorite hobby. This year I'm making Tamales and Tacos for the Christmas Eve party I host for my family. I look forward to posting the pics!
08.12.2024 03:15 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Always love grabbing some sushi ππ£
08.12.2024 01:37 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0lol its no problem
08.12.2024 00:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I hear you. Every time I talk to one of my buddies in California, he always mentions how he misses Dion's and craves sopapillas, lol
07.12.2024 21:55 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Funny thing about Dion's.. I like their sandwiches and salads more than their pizza. I can't get enough of their Greek dressing!
07.12.2024 21:43 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The 'Young Guns' brand is what I would go with if I lived outside of NM. Probably the best bottled green and red chile out there!
07.12.2024 20:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It turned out great! I do as well, and chile cuts out the need for the pepper flakes. I've been working on tweaking my crust and sauce recipe over the years, and eventually found just the right way to make them to my liking.
07.12.2024 18:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I agree! Here's some of the Chile I peeled this year
07.12.2024 18:19 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you Mr. True π
07.12.2024 16:14 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That sounds interesting. Hot Cheetos are my guilty pleasure, so if I ever have them on hand, I'll have to try it on a slice!
07.12.2024 15:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I wouldn't call this New Mexican, just that putting green chile on pizza is something that New Mexico commonly does. Plus, this is one post about pizza, how am I supposed to cover everything you just mentioned in one post about a pizza?
07.12.2024 14:47 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It has nice browning on the crust. I just don't like it when the cheese gets too brown. My oven doesn't get hot like a brick oven, so I make due with what I can without ruining it. It still comes out great!
07.12.2024 14:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I wouldn't really call it a knockoff of any pizza place
07.12.2024 14:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Absolutely! I would have to say that my favorite is a good green chile stew
07.12.2024 05:34 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's pretty cool to see so many folks getting a kick out of my cooking.
It is one of the biggest things that brings me joy in life, and making a good meal is one of the ways I express affection towards those I care about in my life. Does anyone else relate?
That's great to hear! I've lived around the Albuquerque area my entire life and I love it here. I'm a big gardener, and this state's climate is perfect for many tomatoes and peppers. If you like gardening, I highly recommend Santa Fe Grande.. they grow themselves and pickle nicely!
07.12.2024 05:14 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0True, the way Forrest Gump was with shrimp, we are like that with green chile.

07.12.2024 04:22 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I am a big pizza sauce lover too :)
07.12.2024 04:20 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It goes very well with Italian sausage, chorizo, bacon, salami, ground beef, or chicken! You can also add diced tomato onto the pizza before cooking, and then add some minced spring onion after!
