Yep, McConnell lied about "policy" for Obama appointees and did a complete 180 on said "policy" to screw up Biden's SCOTUS appointee. And he did learn his lesson. Unfortunately, what he learned was that his party would pretty much support him no matter what he did.

1. Got rid of decorum in the senate; blocked Obama judicial appointees,
2. Stole RBG seat
3. Failed to rally his bench to vote for Trump 2nd impeachment in Senate ("he has learned his lesson" B/S).

I blame him for 110%. The remaining 90% falls on others.
