Gilliespe Bridge, derlict dam sits on bone-dry Gila River outside PHX's urban hellscape sprawl's reach. 1 of longest [650mi] @ West Coast w/ watershed @ abt 60K sq mi from NM to Yuma, AZ. Had 2K cu ft per sec flow in 1900s.

Truss bridge, 1662ft long, built @ 1926. Once longest in AZ when 1st built.
