Responsibility for quality rests with senior management. Is responsibility the same as ownership? If I feel ownership I care more, but I may not have the same level of control as senior management.

I would say that it is soft issues that have slowed me down, and they are the most difficult to deal with! An example would be working in an environment where it is hard to cooperate with people because it is so competitive.

Stay young – the online world isn’t designed for the old Technology should empower, not exclude. For many, ageing means lost independence in a digital online world built without them in mind

If you’ve ever helped an older neighbour navigate an app, call a helpline or read a tiny screen – you’ve witnessed digital exclusion first-hand.

We must stop designing systems that exclude.
