I feel we back managers longer than we should, keep players longer than we should because of sentiment and nostalgia for an era of football and way of doing things that has come and gone now.

Looked better because every other team were similarly not consistent / great.

I almost feel Fergie's 'your job is to back the manager' has come back to bite us now as that shouldn't be the focus, it should be to back the club and anyone that contributes to it being successful.

We had a habit of losing our heads when something went against us and would often let 2 goals in, in quick succession.

Happened against Forest, happened against Spurs. We drew both of those games so they don't show up in the loss column.
