I love RE4 Remake and there are changes (most story related) that I do think are for the better, but it just does not have the "pick up and play", dare I say arcade-y feel that the original has. I'm sorry but I just can't fully dig it.

It's ironic that despite the original helped pioneer the 3rd person shooter as we know it, I honest to god don't think modern controls work for RE4 at all. I'll take tank controls any day of the week.

I couldn't tell you if this is the game's fault or a skill issue on my part but I'm so accustomed to how the original RE4 handles that I cannot adjust to the remake at all, it feels so sluggish when the og was insanely snappy and responsive.
