The right to a human.

Trump’s government may be for sale, but Colorado is not. If you’re engaging in corruption or otherwise abusing your power to avoid accountability under the law, you’re at the top of my list of enforcement priorities.

From an interview I gave with "Computer Says Maybe Podcast" a few months ago. Many technologies built by mega-corporations are designed to fade into the background and put people—often consumers and workers—into conflict with one another.

I'll fight back under the law.

We are seeing pervasive corruption in Washington. States have tools to fight back, and taking on corruption will be one of my top priorities as attorney general.

Forced arbitration significantly impacts workers' and consumers' ability to seek legal recourse causing people to feel like the system is broken and the law doesn't work for them. We can fix this.

It was great to join @CWA7777 on Thursday for our first town hall talking about how the AG can be a force for workers: holding corporate abuse accountable and using the law to help working people build real power and voice on the job. Big thank you to everyone who came out.

Thank you! I’d use enforcement under consumer protection and competition laws and rulemaking under recent legislation to make it as easy as possible to cancel subscriptions, plus go after abusive fine print! We need a new Fine Print Bill of Rights! More on that soon.

Talking to gym goers about click to cancel and forced arbitration. The FTC should re-issue the click-to-cancel rule! And as attorney general, I’ll fight to make it as easy to cancel subscriptions as it was to sign up and to go after abusive and predatory fine print.

Parenting is hard enough as it is — trust me, three girls at home keeps my wife and me on our toes! The things that help kids thrive shouldn't be cost prohibitive to us as parents. This is part of the fight for a fair and just economy that works for everyone.

Zephyr is at the forefront of the fight to take on corporate abuse and corruption and the effort to build a Democratic Party dedicated to that fight. I'm honored to receive her endorsement.

Our campaign is about standing up for regular Coloradans — and I'm proud that it's being built by regular Coloradans. I'm humbled by this early support and excited to keep growing this movement.

Small businesses are part of the fabric of our communities. They're under threat. As AG, one of my top priorities will be to make sure they can get a fair shake—that includes taking on price discrimination, which drives up costs for consumers and puts businesses like Barnes Liquor at a disadvantage.

Government should be there to make life easier. That's what the FTC was trying to do.
