Know what this playoff needs? A '14-'15 Royals team. Dodgers are like old Yankees, but they're actually likeable. The NL needs that team that bucks the trend and finds runs/value in different ways. I guess Dodgers buck the trend b/c their bullpen is god fucking awful. They'll make it entertaining.

Dodgers still are my top team. As a baseball fan I want to watch that line up every chance I can get. I get hating on teams buying wins, but...I can't hate on Betts, Ohtani, Muncy, Freeman, I just can't.

I really loved The Last Jedi. I think the casino scene ran a bit too long, but yeah I was always really confused why it got so much hate.

ALL that said. Luke's sacrifice is one of my favorite moments of the entire story.

it just all felt very unearned at times. Against it's more an issue of different authors (I actually still love the new movies, aside from Palp) but it really just felt like "Hey everyone has to be in bad shape now...no real reason why, just bad!"

Basically every character in the OG had a bad outcome. We got the divorce. (Which hey I'm not super against, but why?) ((To be fair I REALLY liked the Kylo/Han moment)) But every character you cheered for and who fought for change just ends on the short end and failed? I like Luke's teachings etc...

This is an unpopular opinion, but I don't hate what they did with Luke. The idea was good, the problem was with how haphazard the story was it just came off like shitting on the originals. Finn deserved better than what he got character wise, but the Kylo/Rey last disciple bit coulda worked.
