Brock Purdy was 11-11 in team situations today, including all four attempts to Ricky Pearsall. Purdy’s best connection: a right-hash throw that hit Pearsall just before he reached the left sideline. (It was a long throw)

Caveat: Top CBs were Tre Brown, Dallis Flowers and there was no Nick Bosa.

Add Sebastian Valdez (undrafted out of Washington) to the list of good-looking 49ers rookie d-linemen. Valdez won three of his four 1-on-1 matchups Saturday

With Brock Purdy absent (personal/not cause for alarm), Mac Jones took the first- and second-team reps today. I had him at 12-19 and Tanner Mordecai 9-13. That’s not counting probable sacks by Nick Bosa (v McKivitz) and Bryce Huff (v Spencer Burford).

Yeah, bigtime oversight.
