I agree w/ the sentiment that the big corporations are likely to be 1st to leverage Trump for tariff refunds, so theyโ€™re EZ to loathe. But firsthand, ~80% of US businesses are 10 or fewer employees, >95% when counting sole proprietors. They/we got fโ€™d more than anyone by the tariffs, ate that cost.

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.

These muthafuckers got the indefensibly reasoned Citizenโ€™s United decision AND presidential immunity pulled straight from Robertsโ€™ ass, and they STILL think SCOTUS hasnโ€™t been obedient enough for not ripping a Congressional power out of the Constitution as a gift to their orange dimwit idol. If Trumpโ€™s unconstitutional tariffs really did stop 5 nuclear wars, does him no longer having them mean the 5 wars are back on?

Trump threatens us with a good time: "They'd like to pack the court. They want to put on 21 people. Pack the Supreme Court. Maybe they should do it. Maybe we would be better off if they did it."

Trump logic:

The highest court responsible for enforcing the Constitutionโ€”made up of a majority of judges on my ideological sideโ€”just found my conduct as clearly unconstitutional. So theyโ€™re being disloyal to the Constitution.

Read that & convince yourself his brain isnโ€™t a jelly bean. Ya canโ€™t.

Trumpโ€™s tantrum plan to charge a mindless 10% tariff on imports across the ๐ŸŒŽ for 150 days (until itโ€™s rejected legislatively) is a tacit admission he needs the fโ€™ing tax cash. Specifically, he knows his economy sucks balls, the mythical growth ainโ€™t coming & weโ€™re in deep shit w/out raising revenue

Todayโ€™s SCOTUS ruling on Trumpโ€™s illegal tariffs is not a win for the sanctity of the law, or any sweeping preservation of our US Constitution. But rather a reminder to be grateful this POTUS makes arguments so fโ€™ing stupid, even this collection of Heritage-leashed chucklefucks HAD to ruleโ€ฆ

I donโ€™t get how you could ever fail in law school in 2026 cuz w/ every illogical, unconstitutional argument made on an exam that would normally be found legally incorrect, you can always point to three corrupt dingleberries on the Supreme Court making the same or worse errors. What entity/country is now so emboldened as to rat out Trumpโ€™s crooked ass for privately using the threat or implementation of what was an illegal mechanism to mine some illicit benefit for himself or family? Now that his weapon is neutered, gotta be parties sprinting back for their or-else refund.

In a sane republic, POTUS is now brought before Congress to testify on when/where/by whom this idea of something baldly unconstitutional was concocted. And if heโ€™s the sourceโ€”or ignored warnings of the illegalityโ€”heโ€™s committed indefensible impeachable offenses. How the checks were designed to work๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

0.0 chance Trump wasnโ€™t advised his unilateral executive taxation scheme wasnโ€™t 100% illegal. But he fabricated a pathetic justification to drag this inevitable SC decision out, doing as much damage as possible before being caught. It was ALWAYS unconstitutional, no fโ€™ing way he didnโ€™t know that.

The unintended consequence of this SC ruling against Trumpโ€™s illegal use of tariffsโ€”& probably what dum-dum realizes exposes himself the mostโ€”is heโ€™s been trying to bully other countries for over a year w/ these tariffs as his main weapon. And now they know heโ€™s saber-rattling w/ a Nerf sword.

Why this matters most is not just for funds lost by Americans in a year. Swift court action woulda prevented Trumpโ€™s petulant, ignorant ass from destroying longstanding international trade relations in a yearโ€™s time that he NEVER had the power to sabotage

Justice delayed, justice denied x infinity

1. Yes, relieved the Trump tariffs were struck down

2. BUT we must extend a colossal ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–• to the Supreme Court for not issuing on an expedited basis, ruling LONG ago. That BS was illegal Day 1. And although they got it right, did so belatedly, allowing blatanty unconstitutional damage to be done.

20.02.2026 15:49 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 26    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 1

Iโ€™m convinced at this point the Supreme Court could be presented a case arguing the right to vote doesnโ€™t extend to left-handed people over 6 feet tall born in the month of March, and although it would be struck down, Thomas, Alito and Kavanaugh would ab-so-fucking-lutely dissent.

Hard to find a more bright-line, clearly unconstitutional case to come before the SC than Trumpโ€™s โ€œemergencyโ€ BS for usurping Congress to make his own tariffs. Fortunately the court ruled against 6-3, but the subtext is there are still 3 ludicrously corrupt justices not following the Constitution ๐Ÿคฌ

This wasn't a trade war; it was a pointless and illegal diversion.
