Can CU Denver Meet This Moment? The University of Colorado Denver has shown it does not support all students. Leadership has prioritized quietly removing its resource webpage for undocumented students, remaining complicit in the ongoing genocide in Palestine, and refusing to affirm its non-compliance with ICE. As students and human beings of conscience, it is our duty to bear witness to Israel's genocide in Palestine and the US government's violent detention and deportation of people living here. Both atrocities are funded by our tax dollars.

Amid rising ICE raids and deportations, four international students at CU Denver, and 22 students in the CU system, have had their visas revoked. Although visas have been reinstated, why does the university have yet to confirm their non-cooperation with ICE without a judicial warrant? The administration has ignored the demands set forth by the Student Government Association. As CU Denver pushes its brand, encouraging students to "Meet Your Moment", how can students meet their moment whilst living in fear of detention and/ or deportation? We Demand: • Reinstate CU Denver webpage for undocumented and immigrant students • The CU Board of Regents and CU Denver administration affirm their non-compliance with ICE, including info sharing, without a judicial warrant • CU Denver establishes a firewall for freedom, publicly stating they will not share student or staff info related to protected first

CU Denver's compilure 585+ days of genocide • Since 2016, CU Denver has received nearly $3 million from contracts related to Israel • CU Boulder has a $3 million partnership with Lockheed Martin, one of the largest defense contractors in the world which directly profits from israel's genocide. The partnership has increased projects backed by Lockheed on our campus • Israel has killed at least 50,000 Palestinians and wounded at least 113,000 since October 2023. As you are reading this, 500,000 Palestinians face starvation, and the entire population of nearly 2 million is at risk of man-made, preventable famine • Israel kills a child in Gaza every 45 minutes, and Israel has killed over 17,000 children We Demand: • Disclosure from CU Denver on where endowment funds are invested • Commitment to divestment from companies profiting off apartheid and genocide, and implementation of an ethical investment policy • Withdraw support for Israeli human rights violations and war crimes
