Help me make sense of this. From what I can gather, Tesla revenues are roughly $100 billion a year. Not profit, but revenue. If Elon Musk is getting a trillion dollars over a decade, where is this money coming from? Do they really think he's going to spike revenue that much?

Honestly they both have some problems. The Funimation dub is a lot more straightforward but the simplistic lines also make it sound basic? The G-Kids dub has a more mature sound but it also makes it feel stilted.

So! I've been working on an original comic project, and it occurred to me that I can repurpose the character and mecha poses from the page layouts to make some model sheets. Since these roughs are based on comic panels, they're pretty perspective-y. Now to refine!

By "non-compliant" you mean something like rigid, right? It's definitely easier to create machinery like that, since you don't have to worry about material failure as much. Materials engineering has come a long ways, though, there might be a revolution in design in the coming decades.

Points of mechanical actions are possible points of failure, but they're also cool. Perhaps in the future we will so away with all but the vestigial amounts of defense industry, which will churn out a stream of prototypes to embody our mechanical id.
