Maybe it depends on geographical location. Most GenX’ers I know that have kids, waited till later in life and have Gen Alphas. And the parents of GenZ’ers are Millennials that had kids younger. There seems to be a mix of the Gen Z basement dwellers and others doing really well for themselves here.
