While the series is huge, largely because of its history of being closely associated with Xbox hardware, I just thought it was kind of OK and definitely not essential.
It's fine, I didn't dislike it, but personally it didn't much appeal to me. If you're a *huge* FPS fan you might like it more.
While I'd love to have something like that, I also know that I'd rarely ever use it and it'd just end up getting ruined here. Still, very cool.

It was nuts, where I lived back then (the burbs of Long Island) you could get almost anything, but a few odd games were super rare out there.
Popful Mail for Sega CD was really hard to find even when it was brand new. EB gave my reserved copy away, too 🤬 I managed to get that one at least!
Also a channel update, folks. I set the goal of getting 5 new patrons at any level by Nov 6th. If I do I'll enable ad-free videos for ALL paid tiers.
I'm at one new member so far. Four to go!

Ha, I definitely understand. Two of the bosses in the true ending pathway are beyond nuts, way harder than any of the others in the rest of the game.
The stuff leading up to them was pretty cool at least, even if they're garbage.

That's the third ending. I didn't do that one because I didn't realize after you do the second ending you're locked out from that one :P
Ending 2 is really easy to get and you fight the same boss as ending 1, you just do something different at the very end.
Reload the save after and act 3 starts.
Did you play through to the "true ending?"
I beat the game in around 40 hours, but ended up with 72 hours doing the true ending stuff and exploring around for things I missed.
