It was the plan from the beginning, especially given Trumps age.

Its all performative nonsense, its partly why over 250,000 English have moved to Scotland in the last 5 years, and huge numbers of them support Indy, sinking ships and all that.

You can guarantee @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social this will not be broadcast by BBCScotland, nothing positive that might give the SNP some credit it ever is, its why BBC viewer figures are falling like a stone here, Scots are beyond tired of the BBC manipulation by omission policy, I dumped my licence.

The Scottish Parliament passed our Scottish Budget at Stage 1.

It includes the best cost of living support package in the UK, while ensuring 55% of Scottish taxpayers pay less income tax than south of the border.

The SNP government is on your side.

Please help us with the cost of setting up our new studio. We have raised almost £9,000 of our £30k crowdfunder target, but we are still short of what is needed.

True, but no political party survives assassinating mothers and ICU nurses in broad daylight, witnessed by millions, so even on a very cursory level its clear they are not thinking in terms of electoral impact, thier is only one conclusion for that. The Epstein scandal follows the same rationale.

Agreed, I think not enough Americans have woken up to the fact they have no intention of leaving office, ever, except at the end of a gun, its the only language they truly understand. It reminds me of the bully scornfully taunting "whatcha gunna do about it" and laughing as they walk away.

If voters truly wanted change the 11 million that sat it out would have voted, they didn`t, says it all, Corbyn was the best chance they had and I doubt it will come around again for another 5-10 years further decline is inevitable, I hope I`m wrong.

He particularly liked the diversity of lived experience informing attendees to meetings that is driving the policy making and organising that is going on. He told me it felt more related grounded in reality, more pragmatic, wide ranging and less theoretical.

One thing that struck me is just how wide and deep the support is for Corbyn in the established activist networks, his status in them is beyond legendary, as one young activist said to me when I visited a meeting, he`s paid his dues in spades.
