At the dentist with my SIL, and it’s specifically one for people who hate the dentist. They are sooo amazing and keep checking in with her to make sure everything they’re are doing is ok with her and explaining everything before they do it, and just making sure it works for her! I am so impressed!!!

Moleskin is like a padding that prevents rubbing, I think it’s thicker than a bandaid and stays on better but either should work! You should be able to get it at the grocery store
