Small note from when I went to the gyno. I did have an ultrasound, and my ovaries look fine; I had some tests they came back fine. And I didn't have adenomyosis from the scan, but I was still in pain and but now just less than before. Stress was a huge factor for me.

Even when I was on BC, I still had pain, so that's why I stopped it.
If one day the pain gets to the red flag point, then I will act rather than ignore it. But it's hard when people are dismissive of you and gaslighting, it's horrible and upsetting. Sorry for the very quick long/short story 😅💜

My periods were really painful, and I couldn't handle them as a teen, so I had to wait till 14 to go on BC. In the last few years of being free of BC. I know damn sure something inside isn't right. I still get painful periods and huge blood clots, but I know more and what I can do..

I'm so sorry that the medical system is BS! I'm British but I live in Denmark. I have suspected endo. I haven't gone to the hospital because I've told myself my pain can't be that bad. I've had a few times where I've really considered going, but it took so long for my doctor to listen to me. 🤬

Less stressed now. I had to make a vet app' this morning for my cat because her poop had some blood in it and diarrhoea over the weekend. 😰 Luna is okay, probably ate something she shouldn't have eaten. 🙄
