I don’t like having anything on my head/face while sleeping. However, I now sleep with sunglasses, a sleep mask over the sunglasses (that way the fabric doesn’t touch / isn’t so close), and headphones, while listening to white noise (fan noise from app). I’m such a light sleeper 😭 But it all helps!

The left container is only about 10% filled (I need to crush more dried Thai chilies), and the one on the right is about 75% full of crushed red pepper. Both are a vibrant red pepper flake, with seeds visible.

Yum!! That’s one of the things I do with my homegrown Thai chilies - I dry a lot of them out and then pulse them in the food processor for a crushed pepper flake consistency. I have to be careful to label them properly, so nobody confuses them with regular crushed red pepper 🥳😂 BIG difference! 🥵🔥☠️🌶️

That’s awful, I’m so sorry! Hopefully the doctors can help figure out what’s going on, and can help you get some relief! 😟
