No, I'm being quite honest. I can't eat soy, I don't like beans no matter how I try them.
I have vegan protein shakes, nuts etc.
My Doc said I still wasn't getting the amount of protein I should be. So I chose hens. Not a lot.
I will never eat pig or beef no matter how great bacon smells.

I don't eat animals....just chickens....
