Yes, I'm a complete noob when it comes to marketing. But I decided to revive this game and build it into my other project, and the number of players has increased, to 100 now. It's still very small, but it's been a truly interesting experience! =)

Cool! I also made a game two years ago, and sometimes I get emails or comments on YouTube, which is nice. I decided to take it and add it to another project of mine, and that's giving the game a second life. It's a browser game using JavaScript, so it's easy to add to any project in the browser.

Bots hammer my logs, it’s oddly satisfying. They’re trying /code.php, /api/.env, /kal.php. No Cloudflare (need RU traffic), but the joke’s on them.

I’m prepping for a solo Next.js project at work, so I built a side app to learn SEO hands-on. I almost didn't submit it to Yandex (English site), but I did it anyway.

The result? Google: 58 visitors. Yandex: 200 visitors. 🤯

Yes, I agree, I managed to go to Morocco on a full trip, the weekend was from December 31st to January 11th, that's almost 2 weeks (12 full days), with our economic problems there should be no holidays at all :D

Bought a domain registered in 2000. Big mistake? Maybe. Immediately got hit with 1,000+ bot requests/day looking for 25-year-old URLs. 👻 The kicker: Search engines saw the bot traffic and started indexing those dead pages, tanking my error reports. Fix: 410 "Gone" status. #SEO #WebDev #BuildInPublic

Yandex keeps adding my pages to search… then removing them in bulk.
Biggest drop: 1,017 pages gone in a day (screenshot), and it happened more than once.
