What makes MCP appealing is the adoption of existing technologies, including JSON-RPC, to close a feature gap, mainly the need to fetch external data and call other tools.

Clarity is more important than speed. Talk & show your thinking.

To answer behavioral questions, use the CAR method.

- Cause: At my last role, we faced X problem…
- Action: I took these steps to solve it…
- Result: Because of my actions, we achieved X…

Keep it to 3 sentences. Be confident, now is not the time to be humble.
