Bei extremer Hitze forschen, lehren, studieren …? Viele dt. Hochschulen haben bislang keinen Plan, der heiße Tage erträglicher macht. Spoiler: „Viel trinken, morgens lüften, luftige Kleidung“ ist noch kein taugliches Hitzekonzept! Dabei ließe sich mehr tun. Konkrete Vorschläge in #ArbeitInDerWiss!

Juste un retour d'expérience, récemment sortie du statut de doctorante, aucune règle ne sont clairement exprimées dans le milieu académique et c'est très chiant, angoissant et time consuming

Voici mon avis (non sollicité, je sais, mais là, je ne peux pas me retenir) : Établissez des règles claires dès le début et évitez de vous moquer (ou de râler sur) des personnes qui vous sont inférieures dans la hiérarchie académique
