Good stuff

An autumnal view of Talkin Tarn, Talkin Tarn Country Park, Brampton, Cumbria on a cloudy October day. The view is from the window inside the Bird Observatory looking across the tarn to a forest on the opposite shore. The trees in the forest have leaves in various autumnal shades of green, yellow, and red. There are wooden shutters either side of the window which are covered in graffiti which has been scratched into the varnished surface. The background sky is predominantly grey clouds with a little bit of blue to the right. Either side of the window is a tiny glimpse of the colourful mural that covers the whole of the interior. It was painted by multidisciplinary designer Lydia Leith and it includes all birds and other wildlife that can be found in the area.
