Largely it's an abandonment issue that frankly isn't the first time I've felt it... last time I was a 7th grader seeing my family and world fall apart in divorce. No support, no context, no explanation just a shattering of reality.

The biggest struggle im contending with is the lack of irl friend hangs and outgoing. Ever since I moved almost 3 years ago to a new area I've lacked irl friends and places to hang and near family. I'm too anxious and afraid to explore on my own...

Last time I'm engaging this. You're expectations are not reality with how either the internet nor the world works. The internet is a governed space. You can have your opinion on what the internet should be but.... opinions can be wrong and you have no clue why you be kicked out of a community.

Their discord their rules. You can say whatever, but it's their community and if you're being told that you aren't following the conduct, they ask and then they have every right and power say they don't want you around. My two cents is you're missing why you got kicked out and need to learn from it.
