The first shot in the Alex Pretti murder was *NOT* a negligent discharge from the victim's seized gun. From this angle we clearly see that the first shot was fired by a Federal thug, the same one who shot the 2nd 3rd and 4th shots. In a different video, he clearly sees the victim's gun being removed
