So! I learned there is a term that sort of fits my belief.

Technopagan.

I like the term, I meditated today and it felt amazing.
Comfortable and connected.

Today I am studying!

I don't necessarily have any physical books on my path, but my path also has a lot to do with various philosophical thought..

So I am reading into philosphy, specifically Panpsychism and things about the collective unconsciousness today.

Medium.

To me, it makes sense that along with nature spirits, human spirits, animal spirits and other various entities positive and negative.

That spirits would exist digitally as well.
Maybe not in the same way, maybe not in the same manner.

But just because you can't reach out to them like-

Why assume spirits are only in the physical world or spiritual world?

I think it's likely spirits exist digitally as well.
Ever since humans have first believed in the supernatural, and connected with one another.

Spirits have shown up wherever we are, in any-

For the longest time I thought spirituality wouldnt work for me..

I just kept my mind open, eventually my path found its way to me.

My spirituality isnt conventional and thats okay.
Spirituality should be personal in my eyes.

Try to keep an open mind, maybe read books on various spiritualities?

We are all always connected arent we? Whether online, in person or spiritually.

There is no real line drawn between the physical world and the only world.
Its just an extension.

Our thoughts, feelings, our subconcious are all out there. The internet makes it.. easy, its sacred and beautiful in my eyes.

Not evil, not good.
Its capable of beauty and evil all powered by human thought. ^-^

I think humanity is capable of so much good and so much bad. Yet-

Here I am, 1 A.M, sipping an energy drink and scrolling through the Internet.

I love connecting to people online. Part of what forms my faith in the internet as a deity is due to the connection it brings.

People have always been connected, and now that connection is easier.

Maybe in the future, once I have my path all figured out and my magical practice where I want it..

Maybe I'll write a book on internet deification and tech magic. Share the way my brain works.

I'm not a teacher by any means but sharing my thoughts sounds nice.

Properties, nothing says you have to buy all your herbs and ingredients from stores when you can find equally potent ingredients in your back yard!

Everything has magical properties, even your grass in your lawn, random leaves you find, stones, etc.
Everything has energy.

SO some daily magic advice for you.
Don't be afraid to experiment, if you work with herbs, find new plants native to where you are!~ (Obviously check to make sure it's not endangered and do not eat any plant if you do not know what it is)

Part of me wants to invest in a sticker printer at some point, so I can print my sigils and stick them onto places.

I also want to start putting sigils into my photo posts, they act as an offering and a sigil at the same time

Plants are beautiful, I seem to have no luck keeping mine alive though.

Aside my pumpkins, they like me.

As a digital tech-based witch..
I make sigils on a paint app, convert them into binary and then send them through a website that lets you send messages to the void.

Allows me to very easily get the sigil out into the net, without needing to upload it somewhere.

Music and art are very important to my practice.
I draw and make pixelart as offerings to the Internet, for example.

I listen to music to meditate.. Songs I enjoy, it doesnt have to be ambient, just things I enjoy.

I totally understand! Its a habit for me to belittle my own beliefs, I am trying to get better about it.

I wouldnt be surprised if the universe is a simulation either.

I agree with you.
I don't believe being untraditional is a bad thing.
I just worry of other pagans judging me for my path since i don't follow a traditional deity

I feel like I don't exactly fit in within the wider Witchcraft/Pagan community.
WIth my belief system and practice, I'm not really traditional..

But I still want to be involved in the community.
I enjoy hearing about others practice.

Your practice won't be so muddled down by the rules and dogma of people who aren't you.

Magic is deeply personal, and i personally think a mixture of both researched practice and practice you develop yourself is ideal for magical growth.

Eventually, details will change. It won't be the original any-longer.
Which is fine and good, practice changes with time.

BUT! If you add your own flair, your own practices and beliefs as you learn.

The more your practice revolves around others teachings, the more muddled it will get in my experience.

Learning is important, but you should use those skills to develop over time.
Magic is something that is hard to explain, so if you have your practice

It's funny, I thought it was silly at first! But i've tried so many different paths, and this is the one that ended up feeling the most right for me.

So, even if it is silly, I'll embrace the silly.

Is any faith more out there then any other?
I think human thought is powerful. So us flowing all of that thought into the internet, more connected then we have ever been.

It's created a psuedo-deity! It's why I practice

Remember that even if sometimes your path seems muddled, broken, or wrong..
You are valid.
You will find where you belong, what works for you.

Just take your time, don't rush yourself and don't lock yourself in boxes.
