It is of importance to us because we made a considered decision. Although every few years we have a threatening letter which states that we could be prosecuted because we (Might be able) to consume their content. Actually we don't. We refuse to pay a TV licence and have not done for over 5 years. On demand over the Internet allows us to choose what we watch. I'm not sure where that infographic came from, but anybody can make one similar
