I saw an old video of myself that disturbed me. I never cared about being fat but my shoulders were pointy & my arms thin. My mental health was low & gave up on life. I decided to buy some dumbbells & try to do what I can? Still fat & disabled but arms and shoulders BIG! 4yrs 6 a week still going ♿💪🏿
