Latest prints delivered today! I'm very relieved and happy with this batch 😁 I'm still pretty new to working digitally with procreate - and sometimes the physical print isn't what you hoped. But these are!!

Hmm maybe needs a colour tweak or two.... But I'm pretty happy with this design ☺️ Stepping away from it for a couple of days, when I come back to it I'll know what needs changing!

A work in progress - I'm thinking I'll add some corner pieces next.

It definitely has some Tolkien vibes going on!

I've just got a few tweaks to make until this one is done. I've been working on using procreate to create a linoprint aesthetic, and I'm really pleased with this one 🙌🏽

I'll always love my printing - but creatively I love the speed of working digitally

Hibernated today and printed these. I love the walks around Devil's Den. Weirdly lots of online articles reference the stones being hard to find - I don't think they are, and I have a terrible sense of direction 😂 I now need to find the polisher stone!

My latest lino - the Green Man. I'm surprised it took me so long to do a design with this fella, very much up my street.

I like the brown colour way best, but I've just ordered some new inks which I'm really excited to try - until now I've been a committed black only linoprinter. Brave new world 😂

I don't have permanent studio space set up, but the spare bedroom often looks like this when I'm drying a batch of prints. Project for this year is to try and carve out a corner to use all the time, somehow!

A sketch of Devil's Den, near Avebury, that I made after a walk there last weekend.

It's all that remains of a neolithic chambered barrow, and just up from it is a huge drift of sarsen stones - well worth a visit
