Isnโt it amazing how we can use journaling to shift our mood, lighten our load, understand ourselves, and so much more!

Isnโt it amazing how we can use journaling to shift our mood, lighten our load, understand ourselves, and so much more!
24.01.2025 11:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Love this so much! Those 5 years journals are often way too small! How hard did you have to look to find one with 365 pages?
24.01.2025 11:28 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Doesnโt it feel so great to see your track record all in one place like that! Well done!
24.01.2025 11:26 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0โAll of it counts.โ YES!
24.01.2025 11:26 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I have to put a limit on how much news I absorb and when. I try not to listen to news at night or first thing in the morning. And I really try to balance by looking for the good, looking for the helpers, and looking for small things I can do to make an impact - even if they donโt feel like enough.
24.01.2025 11:25 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yay!!
24.01.2025 11:21 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I feel this so hard. Developing ways to track my goals as I go always helps me ensure I remember and work toward them. Journaling has been super helpful for me here.
28.12.2024 14:51 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0This was always a big deal for me too. So I created a one-page journaling sheet that lives on a clipboard above my desk. Thatโs where I put things like that I really need to remember- my intentions for the day, important action items, etc. Because I can see it, what I write doesnโt disappear.
28.12.2024 14:50 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0If you were my missing stocking stuffers, where would you be hiding?
Please donโt say in a box that Iโve already wrappedโฆ
(98% sure thatโs where they are and 100% sure Iโm not going to unwrap it to check.)
I had two: Implement & Integrate
19.12.2024 22:33 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I think my word for 2025 found me this morning. Going to sit with it for a while and see how it feels.
Anyone else do a word of the year?
It was!
18.12.2024 21:40 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Nothing better than cozy morning journaling!
17.12.2024 17:27 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Just a few ideas of where you can go with this!
17.12.2024 17:27 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Cool. Thereโs so much you can do with that. One day write an entry all about your favorite things. Another day you can do a day in the life entry. What does a typical day look like? Maybe reflect on something you are currently enjoying, what about it do you love? How does it make you feel?
17.12.2024 17:27 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yes. All of it. I always like to start with what I want my journaling to do for me. And it can look different every day, depending on what I need. Itโs definitely a time capsule. But I work hard to not make my journal just a dumping ground for the hard stuff.
17.12.2024 17:25 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Iโd start here: why do you want to journal? What do you want it to do for you?
From there you can figure out the how. And the when.
Nothing better than being where our feet are. Especially in our journals!
17.12.2024 11:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Letโs start here: why do you want to journal? What do you want it to do for you?
From there we can figure out the how!
Oooh! Whatโd you get?!?
17.12.2024 11:30 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Iโm so glad you tried something new! So many people stop journaling because one way doesnโt work for them so they assume none of them will (or they donโt know there are other ways!)
17.12.2024 11:30 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I have one main journal that everything goes in. I go through 3-4 of them a year. I also have a birthday journal and a year end reflection journal to keep those together. And a daily one pager that I keep on a clipboard above my desk. No stickers. Usually black pen only.
17.12.2024 11:28 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Amazing! Woo hoo!
17.12.2024 11:24 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Journaling + Tarot + holiday lights in the morning = great start to the day!
13.12.2024 18:17 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0When weโre doing the work and feeling all the feels we donโt usually let ourselves sit with, itโs powerful. Keep going! Journaling wonโt always be like this! Especially if you create a regular practice!
13.12.2024 18:15 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Yes! I love to use journaling to reflect on and integrate what Iโm learning!
13.12.2024 18:14 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Amazing! Having the right space can make all the difference!
13.12.2024 18:14 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Iโve seen the same thing with my journaling! Iโll probably do another iteration of my template once I solidify my goals for next year.
13.12.2024 18:13 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It helps me to remember that my journal isnโt judging me. So I donโt need to judge myself either. I was who I was then. That doesnโt have to be who I stay. And I donโt have to be mean to myself for who I used to be.
13.12.2024 18:12 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I like to start with what you want your journaling to do for you. When youโre clear on that, itโs easier to figure out the how.
