We started our new novel this week - Charlie And The Great Glass Elevator. The children were working on their visualisation skills, illustrating what the Glass Elevator looks like from in the information we read in chapter 1.📘

Yesterday the children were testing out a class pulley system and what items it could pull up. We used our estimation skills to discuss which items would work and which ones would be too heavy before testing it out.📘⏰
