FYI the administration of drunks and rapists is going to make sure evidence isn't collected in rape cases at overseas facilities.

We are trying to get her moved to the Northeast where she has a supportive, but financially strapped, family & friends network. She's going to have to break her lease -- no choice -- and we're trying to help with moving costs, deposit, utility connections.
