I think there’s a lack of high budget, short form games. If the game is AAA, then there seems to be an expectation that it has to be long form and life consuming. And it’s pretty hard to find time for long form games.

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if there were more short form games. I see this akin to movies vs TV seasons and what led to the decline of watching movies. If more games had smaller sized bites to chew on at a time, that would work better for my adult life that’s mostly filled to the brim.

Same - never got one but got lots of VG consoles growing up so can’t complain.

Dude, same! I think Nintendo was just assuming people would put the Switch on a stand. But it’s nice to hold it and play. And those Joycons are awful to hold for more than 10 min.

I didn’t know this existed as a disorder and it makes me think my daughter might have it.

This measures growth in terms of engagement but who really cares about growth? I don’t know that I want this to become the biggest platform. I think success should be measured more by user perception of whether they feel the platform is a safe place to socialize and make friends.

How’s the difficulty? I think previous Ninja Gaiden games have a reputation of being exceedingly difficult. So, does it live up to that or is it more fun?
