I don't have enough time in my life to listen to these guys regularly, but I like em. I disagree with things they say at times, but I'd enjoy a conversation & cigar with them any time. Something the Dems need to figure out ASAP. Convince your audience to enjoy a cigar with you. That's a won vote.

I remember when 30 seemed old.

50 is way different than 30 ever was.

It took my knee a week longer than I was hoping to heal up.

On the positive side, two weeks off fixed my plantar fasciitis that I’d been battling all year.

Universe knows what she’s doing, I guess.

I made a feeble attempt a week ago. I had just ran 6 miles on a knee I opened up while trying to avoid a major collision with cyclist, so I may have just missed seeing the Butterfly button. I see it in Strava now though and will give it a go Saturday, see what happens. Thanks for your help!

I am committed to getting my account going here on Blue Sky. For my #runners and #trailrunners is there a way to share direct from #Strava like we can with other apps?

Im still down with an injury but will give it a go when I'm running again (hopefully a couple more days) but wanted to check in.

How much gain in Dead Horse 50? I am planning on checking off a race or two over there in 2025.
