Here’s a childhood house I lived in in 1971. Built in 1953, 1500sq feet. Zillow says 263k. I think it really depends on the area. This beat up house might be 600k in the right area.

#TrailRunners Hello fellow trail runners! New to Bluesky, and was curious what will be on this feed. My wife and I ran Dead Horse 50 in Moab this weekend. It’s a beautiful course (if you pause to look up from the trail). Cutoff was 12 1/2 hours which was tight, but highly recommend!
