We're going to need millions of people working on forest health, wetlands restoration, fire management of the WUI, etc — and that work will go on for decades.

Climate Action is Now Harm Reduction ...and other thoughts about this dangerous moment.

It's also likely irreversible.

Definitely here in the US, but it looks likely to be true in most places. National governments will not rescue you from risk, much less save everything — and may not even help very much at all.
