What you feel like doing is not the same thing as what you want. You don’t FEEL like working out, but you want to. An important difference because, when we think “I don’t feel like”, we also think “I don’t want to”, and you convince yourself you don’t want it when, in fact you do.

Instead of feeling helpless in the face of it all, pick one or two issues that speak to you deeply and concentrate on pushing back on those.

I try some suggestions of social media, but really, I just go to places/websites that have books and look for topics I’m interested in. Or browse, and read summaries/reviews. It’s the best way IMO.

You can read all the books you want, bookmark all the videos, and save this information but it won’t mean anything until you start applying what you learn.

Not to discourage from continuing to learn and read, but you have to be actively applying it to your day to day life. It starts now.

You can no longer search "Donald Trump Rigged Election" or "Donald Trump and 10-year old girl" on #TikTok anymore...

I love physical books but I gave in and got a kindle. There was a book I wanted to read and l’m impatient so I bought the digital copy so I could read it immediately. I loved the convenience to read on my phone. But I like to read before bed and the phone is not so great for that, so here I am.
