That’s a good point. Both FG and Labour contain substantial cohorts , who would be better suited to another party, one which does not exist.

I began reading the NME in 1971. It was, at the time, the most exciting, bohemian, thrilling writing I’d ever encountered ; Nick Kent, Mick Farren, Charles Shaar Murray and many others. It is so depressing to see how badly it has aged.
