I have to compare the 13th and 14th editions of a single policy document, and I know there must be a 21st century way to do it, but every cell in my body is crying out to spread the pages on the floor and physically mark up the changes.

I did my PhD at a time when it was still fairly common for everyone to print out all their reading and tote giant piles of paper everywhere they went and for the LIFE of me I cannot figure out how to make my brain retain information without paper, highlighter, and pencils. HALP.
