My weekend plans are looking a bit... apocalyptic lol. After having so much fun revisiting the first game I had to grab the second one. I've actually never fully played through this one so I'm excited.

Also your characters max at level 15. Half your party will be maxed before even hitting the half point so battles in the later half are literally pointless

Completed Shadow Madness. I couldn't put this game down, those thirty hours flew by. That said the game has major issues. This has to be the worst balanced game I've ever played. Every boss falls in three hits and enemies tickle you. The party just steamrolls the entire game. Still had a blast 7/10

Made it to disc 2 baby

This is one of the strangest games I've played in a long while and I'm lowkey obsessed. Make games weird again!

I just love the super polygonal look of ps1 games. It's a visual period that still resonates with my personal taste.

I was harassed for months by the catfish outted today. They spread lies about my family and myself. Felt helpless for months.

Thankful the community came together and exposed their lies.

I'm just finishing up a bunch of smaller games in my backlog because I can't decide which next big game I want to play. Power Ranger Samurai for the Wii done and dusted. Another simple tie in game, this time a side scroller beat-em up. What game next? lol

Started and finished Tangled for the Wii. Bought this game a few months ago at a local game store for $5 on a whim. It's your generic movie tie in game but I love Tangled so it was charming enough. Now to decided my next real game 🤔

I am incredibly saddened by this loss. She was magnetic on screen, truly an unforgettable talent.

Finished Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny. Only thirteen hours which I appreciated, game doesn't overstay stay its welcome. A very simple action rpg, would probably be a decent entry point for young children. 7/10

I'm still in the mood for more action rpgs so next up is this weird nicktoons rpg that came out recently. I love nicktoons, I love rpgs, this should be an easy win right?

X Men Legends done. Does it hold up over 20 years later? It sure does! I had a blast revisiting it and seeing the start of the Marvel Ulimate Alliance series. 10/10

Spending the day playing X Men Legends and eating cashews

Played for five hours and yup, still love it. The beginning is just a tough as I remember with your very limited supply of healing items but I love that.

Landed on my next game. It's time to replay a childhood favorite.

Monster Hunter Stories is done, thank goodness. I sort of sped ran the final but I was truly over it. Overall I like the base concept but the writing, monster progression and game structure definitely needs reworking. Hopefully they figured it out in the sequel. 5/10

Downloaded this game on a whim but I've put in over 10 hrs already. Comfy life-sim games aren't usually my jam but I think it was the break I needed. I'll probably jump back into Monster Hunter this week but I'll continue playing this in the background. Also look how cute my avatar is 🥰

This is a series I hear a lot of good things about. I need to start my Fire Emblem journey soon.
