At the end of the day it's about self respect and education. We need to have enough self respect to know when we ditch friends who are bigoted and won't change. We need to educate people on the alt-right pipeline. These people are making a living off of being pieces of shit.

I'm sorry to hear that. I do think peer pressure can be a positive tool for change, it's the strongest tool of the oppressed. I would consider it wrong not to offer a friend the same behavioral and political check. When our friends go off on the deep end, we have to at least try and save them.

Not to belabor the point, but it's very common to find trans people bring up grievances about doctors exhibiting the same behavior. To question more than is needed, someone's gender dysphoria. It's a tool to slow transition, just as fake abortion clinics are designed to waste someone's time.

There is also a big difference between tolerating trans and queer folks and embracing and enjoying it. Questioning one's questioning of gender is a form of denying transition. I do not surround myself with folks who simply tolerate my transness. I suggest to other queer folks not to do so either.

I once had a good friend become in their own words a Nazi and trying to stop them from going down that path. It cannot be done alone, rarely can you bring someone back from extreme right wing ideology. What we can do is condone that behavior and welcome them back when they start unlearning hate.

I love the South Side Vtubers and the community it's gathered. I do hope that y'all can publically condone this type of behavior. Transphobia of any kind cannot be tolerated. For all the queer south side heads, I'm asking you stop being soft on the issue of mutual's bad behavior and bad politics.

While I don't know this person well it, it sounds like at least for some time now they have held the belief to "warn" people of transitioning. As queer folks we know that this isn't any new way of trying to prevent queer people from being themselves. It's the same oppression we have faced.
